It’s been a week since my first visit at Suit Supply (Las Vegas). Seeing the brand comes with so much buzz and is often mentioned in popular media like GQ, I’d like to share my thoughts on the store.
The location I visited was in the Palazzo Hotel in Las Vegas. The store is bright and spacious. The products on display ranged from leather shoes to full suits. Vibrant modern style is what they sell and you can check out their website for more information on products. After doing some research online, it’s obvious the suits had the most value starting at $399 USD. Going through the rows and rows of suits in the store was a daunting task. What really helped was the amazing sale staff. Francisco offered a hand. He was very well-dressed gentleman and we shared a lot of values in suiting and fashion.
Seeing I have established a foundation by owning a variety of essential blue and grey suits, I was looking for a bold patterned suit in brown or another head turning color. Each store only carried a limited amount of inventory in every size and after finding my jacket size, it’s apparent the Las Vegas location did not have the style I was after. What I learned is you can call 2 weeks ahead and have the website ship the style and size you want to try on in store. Seeing I will be returning to Vegas in 4 weeks, I will make use of this service.
Overall I was impressed with the fun styling of suits, modern fit, and reasonable price. I provided a breakdown of my findings for your reading pleasure:
As per my style philosophy, it’s important to build your wardrobe from the ground up. If you are a proud owner of various essential suits and will like to expand into something more colorful and bold, Suit Supply is the place for you. I highly recommend pre-ordering the styles you like online and trying it on at a store near you. Order your regular jacket size as well as a size smaller; Suit Supply sizes are bigger than I expected.
