As an avid MMA fan, I follow the UFC and its fighters. Lately many talented fighters are showing flashes of brilliance outside of the octagon in the form of bold style. One in particular is Conor McGregor. This man has been taking over the UFC with stylish three piece suits that is made for a king.
He makes looking dapper appear easy and it's not because he paid a lot of money for his suits (although he may have paid a lot for the brand). The design of his suits are classic and is not any different than what you can buy for under $300. The key is the fit; from the coat to the trousers every piece fits his body perfectly. Conor McGregor does everything stated in the Simple Style Manual. From tapering the coat/vest so it hugs his torso to having trousers that stop at the top of his shoes, he ensure every detail of his suit flattered his body.
This is not limited to famous athletes. You too can look dapper by following the simple style advice from the Simple Style Manual. Once you get the fit right, start to add your own personal touch by pairing it with accessories, experiment with colors, and try new types of fabric. A suit bought off the rack can be tailored to look like a designer piece. See my past blog post where I turned a $160 suit into a masterpiece.
